About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and meeting growth targets. This position requires outstanding communication, networking, and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Grow sales by developing existing clients and generating new leads.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel that exceeds targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues for business development and strategy implementation.
• Promote our services through presentations and training sessions.
• Negotiate favorable contracts and manage the sales cycle.
• Provide regular reporting and participate in process improvement activities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Management degree in Marketing (preferred).
• A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in technical and industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently.
