In this pivotal role within our Sales & Marketing department, you will be responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through an assigned account base, alongside prospecting new clients in your designated markets. Your performance will be assessed based on your ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts within an assigned territory, focusing on revenue maximization and personal target achievement.
  • Prospect new accounts and develop relationships to enhance market presence.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Execute site inspections and adhere to corporate SOPs for client interactions.
  • Participate in trade shows and sales blitz activities to promote hotel services.
  • Assist in the creation of annual sales action plans and budget preparations.
  • Document all sales activities and maintain current client databases.
  • Participate in the Duty Manager rota while adhering to hotel policies and safety standards.
