As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for our Pressure Management products and solutions across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers in key industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, direct, and lead the sales team.
  • Drive sales growth in new key customer accounts.
  • Systematically develop, support, and implement growth strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer support while achieving business targets.
  • Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an engineering field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Oil & Gas and diverse industries.
  • Sales experience in the Saudi region.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Microsoft 365 required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-Graduate in Business Administration (MBA or MIM).
  • Ability to speak Arabic is advantageous.
