As a Marine Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth within the marine, shipping, and offshore sectors. This role requires developing and maintaining robust relationships with ship owners, shipyards, offshore contractors, and suppliers, all while promoting our marine products and services.

As a Marine Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth within the marine, shipping, and offshore sectors. This role requires developing and maintaining robust relationships with ship owners, shipyards, offshore contractors, and suppliers, all while promoting our marine products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Business Development: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate on setting sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with marine clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor the sales team, set goals, and monitor performance metrics.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance and market trends, providing insights to senior management.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of sales experience in the marine sector, with at least 3 years in management.
- Strong technical knowledge of marine products and operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Expansion of the customer base.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team performance and successful contract closures.
