We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of our branches. The primary responsibility is to assist customers in choosing eyeglasses and eye care products, achieve sales goals, and ensure a distinctive customer experience in the store. Main Tasks: Receiving customers and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products. Achieving the specified sales goals for the branch. Organizing and arranging products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance. Required Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Working Days: 6 days a week, 8 working hours including a break hour. Flexibility to work on varying shifts (one shift, but it may change based on need). Available shifts (morning shift: 900 AM - 500 PM or evening shift: 330 PM - 1130 PM). Enthusiasm and desire for professional development and growth. Benefits: Fixed salary + commissions on sales upon achieving the target. Medical insurance.
