This role involves working directly with food products at Lilou Artisan Patisserie in Al Khobar while delivering an exceptional sales and guest experience. The candidate understands that the position requires daily handling, presentation, and packaging of pastries, cakes, and other boutique items in full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist guests in selecting products for their celebrations, recommend suitable options, and promote new and seasonal items. Building strong guest relationships and maintaining full knowledge of the Lilou brand, products, and services is essential to driving customer satisfaction and sales performance.

You are responsible for ensuring a seamless guest journey — from inquiry to payment and delivery — while upholding the premium service standards of Lilou Artisan Patisserie.
