Job Description:
Sales Specialist – Real Estate Development Sector and Sale of Residential Units.

Job Objective:
To market and sell the residential units owned by the company and achieve the set sales targets by attracting customers and building professional relationships with them. Providing suitable housing solutions to meet their needs contributes to raising the company's market share and enhancing its reputation in the real estate development sector.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Receiving potential customers and communicating with them to understand their housing needs.
  • Presenting the available residential units and clarifying the advantages and technical and financial specifications of each unit.
  • Preparing sales offers and negotiating with customers to ensure completing transactions under suitable terms.
  • Following up with clients from the inquiry stage to signing contracts and receiving the unit.
  • Working to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Building a customer database and maintaining long-term relationships with them.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery procedures.
  • Participating in real estate exhibitions and events to promote the company's projects and increase sales opportunities.
  • Preparing periodic reports on sales activity and customer feedback.
  • Adhering to the company's approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Practical experience of no less than two years in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing regulations and laws in the Kingdom.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Benefits:
  • Salary from 5000 to 8500 determined after the interview.
  • Additional salary every six months based on employee evaluation.
