We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a professional, friendly environment. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:
  • Greet guests and present the menu while explaining food items, specials, and promotions.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Prepare dining areas ensuring cleanliness and proper table setup.
  • Handle guest payments accurately using POS systems.
  • Support kitchen and team members for smooth operations.
  • Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, while maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of related experience in hospitality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
