Sales Representative

Job Purpose:

To generate sales, build strong customer relationships, and represent the brand positively while meeting assigned targets. This role involves both face-to-face and remote sales efforts and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management

• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns

• Handle customer objections professionally and work toward closing the sale

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfilment

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

• Experience: 13 years in a sales or customer service role

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Confident, professional, and well-groomed appearance

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Basic computer proficiency

Compensation:

• Base Salary: As mentioned above
