Join Our Team as an Accounting Assistant!

At Aljoaib Holdings, we are seeking a motivated Accounting Assistant to support our accounting department in Dammam. If you are an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department.
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and processing mail.
  • Process transactions, issue checks, perform bank transfers, and update ledgers and budgets.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an associate’s degree in a related field with work experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, along with strong typing skills.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
  • A professional manner and strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
