Overview Of The Role:
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring that all clients purchasing Volvo and other equipment from FAMCO receive comprehensive parts and service support. This position optimizes sales opportunities for parts and services, collaborating closely with internal teams.

What You Will Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and branch aftermarket personnel.
  • Manage requests for parts and service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Monitor the accuracy of parts supplied and quality of services performed.
  • Participate in departmental planning and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain effective customer relations and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales accounts.
  • Collaborate with Head Office Technical and Support staff to provide optimal solutions.
  • Prepare and present service quotes to customers.

Required Skills To Be Successful:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in a heavy equipment industry in parts and service.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet performance targets.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions.
