If you're passionate about supporting executives, managing critical administrative tasks, and maintaining smooth office operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet and assist onsite visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives, maintaining detailed itineraries.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and ensure daily schedules are met.

Requirements:
  • Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretarial role.
  • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to effectively utilize word processing and office software.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and basic office visuals.
