Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Organize, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet and assist onsite visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives, maintaining detailed itineraries.

Requirements:
  • Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
