We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Human Resources Officer at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity to support day-to-day HR operations while gaining vital experience in various human resources functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and data collection for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare HR reports as needed for internal use.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing training sessions and company events.
  • Help develop employee training programs and track their progress.
  • Maintain and update HR management systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide direct support to the Chief Human Resources Officer on HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage the CHRO’s schedule, including meetings and appointments.

Qualifications:
No prior experience required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
