Join SRG as an HR Coordinator - a vital administrative role that connects employees with HR management in the thriving oil and gas industry. This role offers an opportunity to support HR functions and foster a cooperative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment verification letters and salary certificates.
  • Provide administrative support to performance management and training coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and facilitate new hire orientation.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of HR best practices.
