At Career Maker Bahrain, we are dedicated to connecting talent with opportunity, and we are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee essential HR operations, administration, and government relations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources Management: Handle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Manage manpower requirements, including staff planning and timely contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA labor regulations and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with outsourced manpower agencies, ensuring performance and compliance.
Administration & Facility Management:
  • Handle administrative functions such as office management and staff accommodation.
  • Manage contracts and services related to facilities, ensuring timely payments and documentation.
  • Supervise facility inspections and preventive maintenance.
Government Relations Management:
  • Ensure adherence to GOSI policies for all employees.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement for budgeting and contract finalizations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws and facility management best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS tools.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.
