Customer service representative is required to work in the call center of a leading company in the field of services, where the job includes receiving customer calls and responding to their inquiries with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in using computer programs. The job includes the following tasks: dealing with and resolving customer complaints, recording and documenting all calls in the system, providing support and assistance to customers, and continuous follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
