Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day vessel and cargo operations in compliance with local regulations and PIL's operational standards.
  • Coordinate vessel schedules, loading, unloading, and turnaround times efficiently.
  • Liaise with port authorities, terminal operators, and vendors for seamless operations.
  • Optimize cost efficiencies through operational expense reviews.
  • Manage documentation processes for vessel and cargo operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve excellence.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in shipping operations or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of vessel operations and port management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
