About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Pasteurization Plant Operator for a client in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This position is crucial for maintaining product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a food or beverage production facility. The operator will oversee and manage the pasteurization process, contributing significantly to the efficiency and integrity of production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on pasteurization machinery to prevent operational disruptions.
• Record and report operational data, including temperature, pressure, and production volumes.
• Identify and address process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control policies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Food Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in operating pasteurization or heat-treatment equipment within a production environment.
• Proficiency in operating specific machinery including Rotary filling machines, Krones filling machines, and Blow Molding Machines.
• Experience with Tubular pasteurizers and CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to safety procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required by operational needs.
