We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and procurement of chemicals and related services for our oilfield operations. This role is essential for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for chemical raw materials and finished products. Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
  • Cost Management: Analyze market trends and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand their procurement needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the oilfield chemicals industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
