About the Role:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality from raw materials to finished goods. You will report directly to the Sr. QC Supervisor and your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inspections of incoming raw materials.
• Performing quality measuring tests across all product ranges.
• Communicating deficiencies to the production team and quality manager.
• Maintaining a proper lab environment for testing.
• Inspecting finished goods post-production and prior to dispatch.
• Preparing daily stock positions of storage racks.
• Filling out checklists for various production lines to report any non-conformances.
• Preparing batch reports and maintaining documentation for quality systems.
• Carrying out assignments from the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Involving in the validation of new raw materials, machines, or production lines.
• Following quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures (OHSAS 18001).

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• MSc in Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering or from a Plastic institute.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant position.

Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maximize services sales to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Track and respond to customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 23 years in technical sales, customer service, or engineering support (preferably in LV/MV switchgear, MCC, or power distribution systems).
• Familiarity with IEC, ANSI/NEMA standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project.
• Fluency in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to close deals, handle objections, and present solutions effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM tools for sales tracking.
• Knowledge of Eaton’s product portfolio or similar industrial solutions.
• Previous experience in B2B sales within the Gulf/Middle East market.

• 15 years of experience in the Mechanical field, particularly with diesel/gas generators.
• Effective troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical drawings.
• Valid local Driving License.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to conduct technical and manual work in various weather conditions.
