Job Objective
To implement and manage recruitment operations in the retail sector efficiently, ensuring the attraction of the best operational and managerial talents to support the achievement of sales goals and operational expansion of branches.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the complete recruitment cycle (from receiving the request to hiring)
  • Posting job advertisements through appropriate channels (job platforms, social media)
  • Conducting phone and in-person interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Following up on job offers and hiring and onboarding procedures
  • Building an updated candidate database for quick hiring needs
  • Monitoring recruitment performance indicators (Time to Hire – Cost per Hire)
  • Complying with human resources policies and labor regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Supporting expansion plans and opening new branches through quick and effective hiring

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in recruitment, preferably in the retail sector or multi-branch operations
  • Good knowledge of the Saudi labor market and labor regulations
  • Strong skills in interviewing, communication, and relationship building
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly recruitment goals
  • Proficiency in using recruitment systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms
  • Proficiency in English (preferred)
