Role Overview:
The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. This full-time, on-site position includes:
  • Conducting regular safety inspections.
  • Investigating accidents and incidents.
  • Providing safety training to staff.
  • Promoting a workplace culture that prioritizes health and safety.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety.
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices.
  • Certifications from specialized safety courses (OSHA-IOSH-NEBOSH).
  • Skills in Accident Investigation and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or specialized diploma in occupational safety and health.
