Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inquiries/RFPs and manage the sales process.
- Collaborate effectively with procurement, production, and project departments.
- Follow up with customers for collection of payment certificates and payments.
- Stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with proven experience in a similar sales role.
- Knowledge of research and reporting techniques.
- Strong track record in office administration and accounting processes.
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Oversee pre-planning support including Inova and Well Plan modeling, and coordinate with service providers and contractors for comprehensive project planning.
- Engage with clients to offer tailored solutions using our product tools and equipment.
- Respond to tender requests and ensure proper evaluation and documentation are completed.
- Foster regular communication with clients to enhance operations and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Assist in drilling engineering support by creating well design programs and managing project execution phases.
- Develop presentations for clients to showcase our product line capabilities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and answer client inquiries.
- Monitor operations during the well execution phase and provide support as needed.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical or sales role, preferably related to our product lines.
- Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with well planning software and a strong understanding of financial processes related to tenders and budgets.
