A Snapshot of Your Day
The role involves having negotiation, commercial and proposal responsibility for the development of Compression Service orders and projects for Middle East Region, including Master Frame Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements, sophisticated modification and upgrade projects, as well as coordinated solutions opportunities. Your responsibilities will entail supporting the preparation and presentation of opportunities throughout the bid process for the Compression Service organization. You'll need to identify key market conditions, regulations, and risks to evaluate potential and profitable opportunities, making your analytical capacity, financial proficiency, and proactive approach essential for success in this role.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Long-term hands-on experience in commercial bid and sales management, preferably in complex projects in service business.
  • Advanced skills in bid preparation, taxes and NCM, contract negotiation, financing, accounting and reporting principles, contract and claim management, and risk management.
  • Analyze tender requirements, manage and mitigate risks in the commercial areas, considering customer’s and taxes requirements for structuring bids.
  • Lead the financial results according to set targets and optimize gross profit, cash flow, and assets in bids.
  • Support the selection and evaluation of business partners, leading negotiations of commercial T&Cs and consortium contracts.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting.
  • 5 years of professional experience in Finance; candidates with more experience considered for higher levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with thorough understanding of Financial Reporting Standards and experience in project management, marketing, or cost estimation.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively multi-task under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate technical financial information to non-financial customers.
