About the Sales Representative Role

Sika is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to drive sales performance and build strong customer relationships within the construction chemicals sector. The role involves active engagement with clients, understanding their project needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through product demonstration and after-sales service.

Key Sales Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed established sales, profitability, and collection targets.
• Develop and maintain a quality customer base through consistent interaction and needs assessment.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations to showcase suitability for customer requirements.
• Proactively identify upcoming projects and potential business opportunities.
• Communicate customer feedback, particularly of a technical nature, to appropriate management levels.
• Thoroughly investigate and verify the credibility of new customers, adhering to appointment procedures and completing customer profile forms.
• Ensure a satisfactory level of after-sales service and promptly address customer complaints with effective solutions.
• Understand and strictly adhere to the company's warranty policy.
• Maintain close relationships with consultants and contractors.

Collection and Administration Duties

• Clearly communicate credit periods and payment terms to all customers.
• Provide assistance to debt collectors when required.
• Ensure the completeness of sales documentation to support any necessary legal action for doubtful receivables.
• Initiate product procurement through the Central Logistics Coordinator or Regional Sales Manager.
• Facilitate timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Submit necessary documentation, including quality certificates, data sheets, and product brochures, as required.
• Ensure prompt submission of invoices and related documents to customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BBA) in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
• Bilingual Arab native speaker is required.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency with the MS Office Package, Internet software, and Inventory software.
