As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development in the heavy machinery sector. This role not only allows you to shape customer relationships but also to immerse yourself in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Stay updated on products and conduct presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales agreements, present proposals, and oversee smooth transitions to operations.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor trends, analyze competitor activities, and assist in strategy development.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management review.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a Sales Specialist role within heavy machinery sectors such as Road, Mining, or Earth Moving Products.

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
