• Collect invoices in line with company’s aging policy.
• Prepare documents for market calls or business reviews.
• Identify and report new customers to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader.
• Issue return forms for defective products after obtaining approval.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations.

• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.
