About the Role:
The Service Sales Specialist position reports to the Service Manager within the Measurement & Analytics Division, which plays a crucial role in industrial digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions to maximize customer value and strengthen ABB’s installed base footprint.
• Represent ABB’s service portfolio in various marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals and maintain regular client interactions with structured reporting.

Qualifications:
We are looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to modern technologies and innovative technological solutions. Candidates must be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the eagerness to contribute in dynamic environments.

Job Title: Sales Specialist – Industrial Equipment & Hand Tools

Location: Dammam & Riyadh (On-site, Full-time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive sales of industrial equipment and hand tools in Dammam and Riyadh. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role involves training new sales team members and supporting sales management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through proactive lead generation.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Train and mentor new sales team members.
• Assist in sales strategy development and management activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or hand tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales training and team mentorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Background in the trading industry is a plus.
