The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance through daily system checks and maintenance, acting as a key communication point between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on technical support at the client site.
  • Perform daily system checks and monitoring.
  • Log and track issues using the ticketing system.
  • Continuously monitor system health and troubleshoot problems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
