We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to enhance the dining experience at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our valued guests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat customers upon arrival
  • Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
  • Ensure tables are clean and tidy before and after serving
  • Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional service
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and food safety training is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
