Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (3–5 years minimum)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and manage clients effectively
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
