Working closely with clinical and nursing leads, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery across various specialties, including Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Cardiovascular Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies for Oncology and Cardiovascular CoE, driving operational efficiency and service improvements.
  • Strategic Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MOH regulations and perform analyses to enhance patient-centered programs.
  • Operational Management: Ensure excellence in cancer and cardiovascular care across all clinical settings by collaborating with top institutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA, MHA, or MPH is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in a complex healthcare system, with a focus on oncology and cardiovascular care.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and strong financial management skills.
