Job Description: At the Salem Saleh Babki glass, mirrors, and aluminum factory, we will need a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate industrial activities. The role includes scheduling production dates, distributing tasks to workers, and monitoring overall performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule production dates based on workload and staff availability.
• Distribute tasks to workers based on timelines and employee needs.
• Monitor performance and investigate issues related to productivity.
• Schedule maintenance dates for factory equipment.
• Prepare performance reports and submit them to management.

Required Qualifications: Three-year diploma after high school in Business Administration with a CCNA (Cisco) Certified Network Associate.

Required Experience: 5 years in the production field.
