Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and courteous Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, welcoming visitors and clients professionally, and supporting administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors and clients professionally.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to relevant departments.
  • Managing daily correspondence (emails, mail).
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and organizing the administrative team's calendars.
  • Preparing and printing reports and documents as needed.
  • Supporting administrative teams in completing office and organizational tasks.
  • Maintaining an organized and comfortable reception and office environment.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Polite personality, organized, and possesses a spirit of cooperation and initiative.
Note:
Immediate joining is preferred.
