This role involves a range of administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and maintain the supplies inventory.
  • Provide general support to visitors and answer questions and requests.
  • Research and create presentations.
  • Generate reports and manage staff appointments.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and coordinate office procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
