Join Our Team as an Executive Administrative Assistant
Are you an organized and proactive individual? CYBER سايبر is looking for a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. This role will involve managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and manage follow-up tasks and calendar events.
  • Administrative and Legal Support: Liaise with internal departments and external entities, managing tasks related to legal dealings.
  • Office Management: Oversee office improvements and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Personal Assistant Duties: Handle personal errands, manage personal purchases, and arrange meals and travel for the CEO.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Represent board members in meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Project and Task Management: Ensure all projects are followed up on and deadlines met.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Valid driver’s license and car; willingness to run errands.
  • Ability to work long hours and be on call for urgent tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and relevant software tools.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with common office software
  • Customer service mindset with a friendly, respectful, and inclusive approach
  • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front-desk role is an advantage
