About the Role

Effat University College of Business is seeking to appoint full-time faculty members at the ranks of Associate Professor and Full Professor in Accounting. The successful candidates will contribute to the college's academic and research objectives, engaging with both graduate and undergraduate students. This role involves contributing to scholarly output, fostering industry connections, and advancing the college's academic endeavors. The position is based in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach graduate and undergraduate courses in the area of specialization, utilizing practical and innovative teaching methods.
• Contribute to the research activities of the department and College of Business through scholarly output.
• Supervise student research theses and projects.
• Publish research findings in reputable academic journals within the field.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a BSc, MSc, and PhD degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
• Have at least five years of teaching experience at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and research.
• Possess a strong publication record in reputable academic journals.
• Exhibit the ability to generate research funding.
• Maintain strong relationships with the industry.
• Possess strong management and leadership qualifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong professional skills.
• Be proficient in the English language.
