At The Jeddah EDITION, we are seeking a skilled Head Baker who is passionate about creating exceptional baked goods. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality breads and pastries that align with our culinary standards.

Position Summary:
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries, reviewing production sheets for daily targets, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies. You will also assist management with employee training and development, while maintaining a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare doughs and fillings, proof, bake, and decorate baked goods.
  • Follow recipes and maintain kitchen logs for food safety.
  • Assist with training and coaching staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
