At Tuwaiq Consulting Group, we are on the lookout for a highly capable Business Development Manager to lead and enhance our business development function within the consulting sector. This is a senior role tailored for a professional with a deep understanding of originating, qualifying, and converting advisory opportunities into credible consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development function and drive the firm’s growth strategy across target markets and sectors.
  • Originate, qualify, and cultivate high-value advisory opportunities with private sector clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners, CEOs, and senior executives.
  • Position the firm’s consulting services effectively, focusing on value and commercial effectiveness.
  • Guide the development of strategic opportunities from engagement to proposal and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting teams to align client requirements with advisory solutions.
  • Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, and commercial strategies for priority engagements.
  • Stay abreast of market dynamics, client priorities, and competitive forces in the consulting sector.
  • Represent the firm in meetings and strategic discussions, showcasing professionalism.
  • Support the development of internal business development practices and commercial reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, advisory sales, consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven success in originating and closing consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of advisory mandate management.
  • Experience in engaging with senior decision-makers in the private sector.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with commercial insight and professional credibility.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is an advantage.
