Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts and collaborate with branch staff.
- Establish and nurture new client relationships to expand business and increase sales.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans and sales strategies.
- Conduct weekly meetings to set goals and review performance.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
- Conduct research into customer product needs in emerging sectors.
- Gather client feedback to inform service delivery.
- Identify and pursue leads while monitoring competitor activities.
- Create effective action plans for lead generation.
- Coordinate marketing plans as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Prepare compelling proposal presentations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies across the team.
Required Skills:
- Strong business development and sales planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.

- Experience in B2B Sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or sales, especially in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales.
