We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager for one of our leading Turkey-based FMCG clients. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion and growth of our client’s product portfolio across the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Expansion & Market Growth:
    Drive the expansion and growth of the company’s product portfolio across the Middle East region. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and achieve category leadership.
  • Distributor & Channel Management:
    Manage, evaluate, and optimize the existing distributor network for maximum market coverage and service excellence. Identify and develop new strategic distributors and channel partners.
  • Commercial Excellence & Relationship Management:
    Own and manage the regional P&L, ensuring achievement of revenue, volume, margin, and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and large-scale buyers.

Candidate Profile:
  • Sector Experience: Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Regional Commercial roles within FMCG / Consumer Goods, particularly in Personal Care or Hair Care categories.
  • Regional Expertise: 7–14 years of experience in Middle Eastern markets with understanding of local business culture.
  • Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate complex agreements.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent professional-level English.
  • Mobility: Willingness to be based in Jeddah with extensive travel (40–50%).
