Job Goal
The primary objective of the role is to achieve market growth by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's client base and ensures revenue objectives are met. You will collaborate with the regional manager and local partners, overseeing goals and monitoring performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets in the assigned regions.
• Take full responsibility for sales budgets and revenue in the designated market, ensuring targets are met.
• Create sales channels and present solutions—working with pre-sales consultants to deliver hospitality solutions tailored to client needs.
• Research trends in the profession and market, identifying growth opportunities.
• Provide a realistic proposal to potential clients, following comprehensive cost factor analysis and ensuring feasibility.
• Ensure payment processing from new orders according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Continuously monitor and stay informed about competitors' activities.
• Coordinate after-sales activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support and manage relationships with local partners in the market.

Required Skills

• Experience: 8 to 12 years in corporate software sales/hospitality industry.
• Experience working with leading companies in IT/software/hospitality or OTA expertise is a plus.
• Ability to influence audiences through strong presentation skills.
• Effective application of consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
• Present a professional image within and outside the organization.
• Consistently show a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the company, work, vision, and employees.
• A degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
