Join Johnson Controls as a Business Development Manager!
As a key player in our team, you will report to the Global Business Development Leader, working closely with our KSA team. Based in Jeddah, your mission is to create demand for our Fire Detection products, engaging with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users right from the early specification stage.

What You Will Do:
  • Identify new opportunities and define vertical markets for Fire Detection products.
  • Build long-term relationships with high-profile customers.
  • Promote Fire Detection solutions while expanding brand awareness in your territory.
  • Deliver technical seminars, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Recommend solutions that fulfill project requirements.

How You Will Do It:
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to guide consultants and developers on design and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support to ensure proposals meet customer needs.
  • Develop design, technical, and marketing tools for products.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotes, and projects in company systems.

What We Look For:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or business development roles with Fire Detection products.
  • Hands-on experience in Fire Detection system design.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Detection brands.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers and build relationships.
  • Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset.
  • Integrity, ethics, and a results-driven attitude.
  • Fluent in Arabic and possess good English skills.

  • Support and manage relationships with local partners in the market.

Required Skills
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years in corporate software sales/hospitality industry.
  • Experience working with leading companies in IT/software/hospitality or OTA expertise is a plus.
  • Ability to influence audiences through strong presentation skills.
  • Effective application of consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
  • Present a professional image within and outside the organization.
  • Consistently show a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the company, work, vision, and employees.
