Join Our Team as a Call Center Agent!
At SAMACO, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Agent to act as the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries, manage requests, and provide essential product information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Engage with customers and ensure data is logged in C@P.
  • Follow campaign procedures and assist in product sales.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate staff as needed.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Track unresolved customer inquiries and follow up promptly.
  • Enhance customer profiles with additional information.
  • Schedule consultations and drive test appointments with the Porsche Pro team.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Beginner experience is acceptable.
