Welcoming visitors and clients and organizing appointments.
Answering calls and transferring them to the relevant departments.
Following up on mail and organizing files.

Call Center Employee:

Responding to customer inquiries over the phone.
Following up on orders and complaints and updating data.
Recording calls and preparing periodic reports.
