Your leadership will guide the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Position Summary:
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pools after cleaning to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning tasks, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments to coordinate efforts efficiently.
- Document and resolve discrepancies with the Front Desk and communicate issues effectively with the following shift.
- Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to safety and security policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related work and supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
