Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor assists in directing and controlling all housekeeping activities under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the cleanliness and aesthetics of the assignment area meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain records of items requiring repair and follow-up.
  • Submit recommendations for maintenance and repairs to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Coordinate with Engineering for necessary repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with grooming standards as per the Employee Handbook.
  • Assist in drafting the housekeeping duty roster based on guest traffic.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a five-star hotel.
  • High proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Effective training and computer skills.
  • Willingness to work extended duty hours.

Qualifications:
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.

Skills Required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
