Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing all housekeeping operations.
  • Monitor and record items requiring repair.
  • Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with grooming standards.
  • Prepare and update the housekeeping duty roster.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor in a five-star hotel.
  • High proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Effective training skills and computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to work extended hours.

You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel.

Skills Required:
  • Good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
