We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads management, campaign optimization, and digital content strategy. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, creative, and hands-on marketer who can manage paid campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and create engaging multimedia content for our brands in the healthcare and personal care sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Google Ads & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google ad campaigns across search and display networks. Perform keyword research, manage positive/negative keywords, and optimize bidding strategies. Continuously analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. Ensure alignment of ad campaigns with company objectives and ROI targets.
• SEO & Website Optimization: Audit and enhance website content to align with Google’s SEO approach. Create and optimize landing pages, blog articles, and service pages to increase visibility. Implement keyword-rich content strategies to improve search rankings and traffic.
• Content Creation & Branding: Design short video profiles for caregivers, including bio introductions and self-introduction clips, using accessible creative applications. Support brand storytelling by creating multimedia content that showcases our caregivers and services. Oversee creative direction across digital channels.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. Develop engaging posts, reels, and campaigns aligned with each platform’s audience. Monitor insights and trends to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
