You should have a diploma or degree in the hospitality field, along with previous hotel reservations experience. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication in English are a must; additional language skills are a plus.

As a Reservations Agent at Centro Shaheen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm guest room reservations through phone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer and respond to inquiries and requests regarding reservations.
- Stay updated on promotions and follow procedures for all hotel reservations.
- Show complete product knowledge and apply rate management effectively.
- Maintain an established filing system and compile reports as required.
- Promote good public relations and aim to maximize business.
- Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled according to Rotana standards.
- Organize visa requests for guests and upsell whenever possible.
